Can my team take over a conversation?
Yes. Your team can take over from automation, assign a conversation and reply from the shared inbox. Guided flows can also hand customers directly to your team.
How are the two plans different?
Professional includes your shared inbox, CRM, keyword replies and guided chatbot flows. AI Operations adds answers from your business knowledge, 3,000 AI replies per month and a larger team allowance.
What do I need to connect WhatsApp?
Connect a WhatsApp Business Platform account through the setup flow. Eligible businesses can also use our WhatsApp Business App coexistence beta. Contact us if you need help choosing the right setup.
What does WhatsApp charge separately?
Meta messaging charges are separate from your WBChatFlow subscription and depend on the message category, destination and applicable Meta pricing. We do not add a markup to those charges.
Can I set it up myself?
Yes. You can configure your own rules, chatbot flow and workspace. Optional assisted setup is ₹1,999 for Professional or ₹2,999 for AI Operations.
