Shipping Policy

WBChatFlow is a cloud-based software service. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no physical shipping, delivery address, courier, or tracking information applies to a subscription.

When a payment is successfully confirmed, the selected subscription features are made available to the workspace associated with the payment. In most cases this happens automatically. If access does not update after a successful payment, contact us with the payment receipt or Razorpay payment ID so we can investigate.

Using the service requires an internet connection, a supported web browser, and where applicable a WhatsApp Business account that meets Meta's requirements. These are not physical items delivered by WBChatFlow.
