Data Deletion Instructions

These instructions explain how a WBChatFlow workspace admin or a person whose data is processed through WBChatFlow can request data deletion.
Delete a workspace
A workspace admin can permanently delete its workspace from Settings, under Data and workspace. This removes the workspace and its stored business data from WBChatFlow.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the workspace, email wbchatflow@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the email address used for your WBChatFlow account and the name of the workspace. We will verify the request before deleting data or explaining any legal retention requirement that applies.
Customer data
If you are a customer of a business that uses WBChatFlow, contact that business first. It controls the WhatsApp conversation data processed in its workspace. You can also contact us at wbchatflow@gmail.com if you need help routing your request.
